At Bongo Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bongo Furniture account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original box with all hardware and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your doorstep, while smaller accents can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.
